Update LinkedIn profiles.

For many companies, LinkedIn remains the most critical social media network. We will rewrite and update LinkedIn profiles to show what you do and the value you provide. We can also do the same for company pages and key executives.

Write an article.

Canright writes articles to report on trends, meetings, panel discussions, or other things that require interviews or meeting reports combined with outside research. Articles are typically 500-750 words in length and are posted in blogs, newsletters, and social media.

Write a blog post.

We write and maintain blogs. The best blog posts are short personal observations, done at least weekly. These posts generally consist of a short interview and write up of 250-500 words. Content sharing posts are shorter and can be done more frequently.

Write a case study.

We write case studies to show how a company gets results for its clients. The best case studies include interviews with our client’s customers. In any case, the case study is a concise story covering what you did for a client and how it worked. Case studies are distributed through blogs, social media, email newsletters, and printed sheets.

Write or edit a marketing email.

We write emails to maintain contact with clients, prospects, and other constituencies. Canright writes emails that educate and inform for submission to your contact list using a third-party email service. We also design and maintain branded email templates.

Write a basic white paper.

We write white papers and reports for use on websites as a way to capture email addresses or as a piece to send in response to inquiries and to leave behind at events. Papers generally educate and put services into an overall industry context in order to show how it addresses current challenges. Basic white papers run five to seven pages in length and use a Canright standard Word format for presentation. They generally cover a single topic or industry trend and require two interviews and only a little outside research.

Write a substantial white paper.

We write substantial white papers to cover detailed topics and trends. Generally, these papers are eight to 12 pages in length and require up to five interviews and outside research through Google and internal sources. We often review and consolidate information in a dozen documents for these papers. Some clients ask that we design custom formats.

Write and submit an online press release.

We write and submit online press releases primarily to get “Google juice” for our clients. Online press releases submitted through PRWeb provide an immediate lift, especially in Google news. We submit releases to a proprietary banking and payments list of relevant media outlets, reporters, analysts, and consultants.

Provide basic social media support.

We will set up a Twitter account, a company Facebook page, write a LinkedIn profile and post at least one item a day. We will also guide you on how to add followers to the pages on your own as well.

Design and produce a sales data sheet.

Sales data sheets provide information on a service, a product, or a company. We generally produce them as a single sheet, front and back. We provide a PDF that can be emailed or printed. We can also produce Word templates so that you can produce future sheets, following our design template, on your own.

Design booth signs and posters.

We design and produce branded stand-up signs that sit on a booth table. These are used to announce a company or client speaker at a conference or to present a drawing. Larger posters, printed on printed on flexible board with Velcro backing, can serve as booth graphics (see James Instruments link in email).

Produce a trade show banner stand.

We design and produce branded pull-up banner stands and posters for trade show booths. We can also provide advice on booth graphics and layout if needed.
